About Skwela
Built in Cebu, for the school office
Skwela is a school management system for private schools in the Philippines, made in Cebu.
What Skwela is
Skwela is the system a school office works in day to day. It covers:
- Enrollment and each student's record
- Tuition and other fees, with a receipt number for every payment
- Grades, and when they are released to families
- Form 137 (SF10) and the other documents a school prints
- The Family Portal, where parents see balances, grades and documents on their phone
Why it looks the way it does
A school office already has its own way of working: the enrollment form, the payment window, the ledger, Form 137. Skwela is built around that work instead of asking the office to learn a new one.
So every screen uses the words the office already uses, and a word means the same thing on every screen and on this website. The glossary lists them all.

This website explains what Skwela does, one school office at a time. Every screen shown here uses sample data, never a real school's.
It has no forms, no accounts and no sign-in.
Picture your own school in it
Each page walks through one office's screens, with sample data, in the words that office already uses. Start with the window that has the longest line in June.
